Warranty Policy

1. Warranty Coverage

Anna 66 provides a 6-month warranty on all phone covers from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing defects, material defects, and wear and tear issues.

2. Warranty Includes

  • Manufacturing defects (stitching, material quality issues)
  • Material defects (color fading, material degradation)
  • Wear and tear (normal usage-related issues)
  • Zipper/closure defects (if applicable)
  • Print/design defects

3. Warranty Claim Window

Warranty claims must be raised within 6 months of purchase. After 6 months, warranty coverage expires and we cannot accept warranty claims.

4. How to Claim Warranty

You can claim warranty in the following ways:

  • From Your Account: Log in, go to "My Orders," select the order, and click "Raise Warranty Claim"

5. Warranty Claim Process

  1. Submit warranty claim with photos of the defect
  2. Our team will review and verify the claim
  3. If approved, we will arrange replacement or refund
  4. Free return shipping label will be provided
  5. Replacement will be shipped at no cost

6. Warranty Exclusions

The following are NOT covered under warranty:

  • Physical damage from drops or impacts
  • Damage from liquid exposure or water damage
  • Intentional damage or misuse
  • Normal wear and tear beyond 6 months
  • Cosmetic damage (scratches, minor dents)
  • Damage from unauthorized repairs

7. Warranty vs. Return

  • Returns: For damaged products within 7 days of delivery
  • Warranty: For manufacturing defects within 6 months of purchase

8. Replacement or Refund

Upon approval of warranty claim, you can choose:

  • Replacement: Free replacement with a new cover
  • Refund: Full refund to your original payment method
