Return & Refund Policy

1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns for damaged products only. The product must be damaged due to manufacturing defects or damage during shipping. Returns for change of mind, color mismatch, or other non-defect reasons are not eligible for return.
2. Return Window
You must initiate a return request within 7 days of order delivery. After 7 days, we cannot accept return requests. The return window starts from the date the package is delivered to you.
3. How to Initiate a Return
You can initiate a return in the following ways:
- From Your Account: Log in to your Anna 66 account, go to "My Orders," select the order, and click "Raise Return Request"
- Contact Support: Email us at support@anna66.shop with your order number and reason for return
- Call Us: Call +91-8299080990 (Mon-Fri, 10 AM - 6 PM IST) to initiate a return
4. Return Process
Once your return request is approved:
- You will receive a return shipping label via email
- Pack the damaged product securely in its original packaging (if available)
- Attach the return shipping label to the package
- Drop off the package at the nearest courier center
- We will pick up the package for free (return shipping is on us)
5. Return Shipping
Anna 66 covers all return shipping costs. You do not need to pay anything for returning a damaged product. We will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label.
6. Refund Processing
Once we receive and verify your returned product:
- We will inspect the product to confirm it is damaged
- If approved, we will process your refund within 7 days
- Refunds will be credited to your original payment method
- Bank processing may take an additional 3-5 business days
7. Refund Method
All refunds will be credited to your original payment method only. We do not offer store credit or alternative refund methods. If you paid via:
- Credit/Debit Card: Refund will be credited to your card within 7-10 business days
- UPI: Refund will be processed to your UPI account within 3-5 business days
- Net Banking: Refund will be credited to your bank account within 5-7 business days
8. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are NOT eligible for return:
- Products without manufacturing defects
- Products damaged due to misuse or negligence
- Products returned after 7 days of delivery
- Products without original packaging (unless damaged by us)
- Products used extensively or showing signs of wear and tear
9. Damaged Products During Shipping
If your product arrives damaged due to shipping:
- Do not open or use the product
- Contact us immediately with photos of the damage
- We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you
- We will provide a prepaid return label for the damaged product
10. Warranty vs. Return
Please note that returns and warranty claims are different:
- Returns: For damaged products within 7 days of delivery
- Warranty: For manufacturing defects within 6 months of purchase (see Warranty Policy)
